We ship products using a variety of
methods, depending on the type of product and amount of purchase.
Most shipping costs start at $3.50, and goes up, depending on the
weight of products. Please email us for an exact price quote
on shipments.
Retail
Nutritional Supplement Orders
The shipping charges
vary, according to the number of products ordered and the weight
of the products. Orders that are shipped with the wrong product,
arrive damaged, or contain defective products are eligible for a
full refund or exchange. Otherwise, all retail nutritional
supplement orders are final.
Equipment
Returns
Returned
equipment, such as Air Oasis and Peacemaker will be subject to a
20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the unit. The
product must be in new and sellable condition. Shipping charges
will not be refundable. Eligible returns must be received within
30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number before
returning the product.
Alpha-Stim
Returns
Due to the nature of this
being delicate electronic equipment, we are unable to accept returns on
Alpha-Stims.
International Orders
All orders shipped internationally cannot be returned,
because of the periodic unreliability of international mail. All international
orders must be sent by insured mail, with a minimum total shipping charge of $20 (U.S.
dollars).
Members
of Nature's Sunshine Products
For those customers who
elected to establish wholesale memberships, through us, with our
manufacturer, Nature's Sunshine Products (NSP), the NSP return policy
will apply. NSP will accept returns for up to 60 days after
purchase, for any reason, whether the product is used or unused,
provided that the invoice included with the shipment is returned
with the product(s).

either purchase products or subscribe to it. The newsletter provides useful health-related
information, including special discount offers that are available to only those receiving
it. If at any time you choose to stop receiving our newsletter, simply email us. As
