How to Place an Order

Your order may be placed by Email, FAX, Telephone, or Regular Mail.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Money Order. Sorry, no personal checks.

Secure Shopping System:		Our web site has a fully-integrated secure shopping system. You can add items to your cart from any page that lists products. Enter the quantity desired and click "Add to Cart". The quantity defaults to 1. Click "View Cart / Checkout" to see the items in your cart. You will have the option to remove anything from your cart. The total for your order so far, including shipping charges, will be shown. The calculated shipping charges reflect orders from within the United States only, however we can ship products throughout the world. If you are outside the United States, we will contact you with the correct shipping charges before processing your order. After you finish shopping, click "Checkout" on the page displaying your shopping cart. You will be prompted to enter your name and shipping address. After entering your shipping information, you will have a choice of emailing your order with a credit card, or printing a form to fax or mail to us. You can fax your order with a credit card number to us toll free, or send your order my mail, with either your credit card number or a check or money order. If you pay by credit card or money order, our products will be shipped within two business days, provided they are in stock. Otherwise, the shipment may be sent within 2 to 4 business days. If you choose to pay by check, your order will be shipped after your check is cleared by our bank. Therefore, please allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive. Immediately after submitting your order, you will be sent a message confirming your order. Please verify that your order and shipping information are correct, and email us any necessary changes.
		If you cannot, or choose not to, use our secure shopping system, we have the options listed below.
E-Mail:		Complete our Regular Order Form and click on the *Send Your Order* button at the bottom of the form.
FAX: Toll Free		Fill out and print our Order Form and FAX it to us toll free at 877-259-3499. Be sure to include your credit card information.
Telephone:		After choosing the products you want to purchase, call us at 877-259-3499 to place your order. If you reach our voice messaging system, carefully speak your name, address, telephone number, email address, stock number(s), product name(s), and credit card information (including the expiration date). Please spell any words, as necessary. We will email you a confirmation and the grand total, unless we take your order personally.
